How to View a Profile Request Ticket in Zendesk

  1. Click on your dashboard in Zendesk
  2. Click on a pending profile ticket for review

Reviewing Profile Request

  1. Please review the content of the profile request to understand if a new profile is to be built or changes to an existing profile.
  2. Click on the profile hyper link to pull the profile up in confluence for review

How to Validate CCM Profile JSON

  1. Identify the Changes have been made on the confluence page as highlighted in the BLUE box
  2. Identify the JSON reflects the changes needed as highlighted in the ORANGE box

    For this request, we will be reviewing the parameters for Container_Service_Event as highlighted in RED boxes on both the confluence page and the JSON page.
    • The Pre time and Post time section in the confluence page shows the new set values in seconds per the Zendesk ticket request. Cross reference that with the JSON parameters to reflect the same values. This is shown in the BLUE boxes in the image below

How to Complete Approval

  1. Respond to the requestor to reassure them that the profile has been validated and approved in the body of the ticket
  2. Select “Solved” from the Submit dropdown list to close the ticket
