How to Create New Cam Profile ICP
- Click on the CCM Camera Profile Configuration tab
- Select the Create Cam Profile button
Cam Profile configuration Fields Explained
- Create a name for the profile by using the number of camera and the changes made to the profile
- For example: used in the image below is a request for a window unit install only, with no video on the front camera
- The profile will be named “2Cam_No_Cam_2”
- ID: This is the identification number assigned to the profile
- CCM Environment: This field indicates if the profile is set for the Test or Production environment

# of Cameras: This field tells us the number of cameras installed on the vehicle
- It’s very important that the number of cameras match the number of cameras configured

Audio Internal: This is the configuration for the internal cameras (Window Unit) installed on a truck
- The value for this field is “Enabled” – to turn the audio on and “Disabled” – to turn the audio off

Audio External: This is the configuration for the external cameras installed on a truck
- The value for this field is “Enabled” – to turn the audio on, and “Disabled” – to turn the audio off

Video Window Unit Cab: This is the configuration of the window unit camera facing the cab of the vehicle.
- This camera is always labelled “Cam 1”
- The value for this field is “Enabled” – to turn the video on, and “Disabled” – to turn the video off

Video Window Unit Exterior: This is the configuration of the window unit camera facing the exterior of the vehicle.
- This camera is always labelled “Cam 2”
- The value for this field is “Enabled” – to turn the video on, and “Disabled” – to turn the video off

Status: This shows the status of the Profile to be Active or In-Active.

- This column highlighted in the BLUE box is used to label the total number of cameras that 3rd Eye provides.

- This column highlighted in ORANGE is used to configure the cameras audio. It is used to enable and disable the audio of the cameras
- Only the cameras requested should be Enabled based on the details of the request
- All other non-installed cameras should be Disabled
- The column highlighted in GREEN is used to configure the cameras video. It is used to enable and disable the video of the cameras
- Only the cameras requested should be Enabled based on the details of the request

- Click Publish to finish profile
Use Case
Customer requested for 6 cameras to be installed on their vehicle. They don’t want the driver facing camera to be turned on but will like to see the front of the vehicle. They also requested no audio on all the vehicles.
- The title of the profile highlights the number of cameras requested, no cam for the driver facing Camera, and no audio for all cameras
- The boxes highlighted in BLUE in the details page also shows all audio disabled in this profile
- The box highlighted in ORANGE shows the cab facing camera is disabled to meet the customers request for no driver facing cameras
- This section highlighted in the GREEN box shows the configuration of the request.
- The configuration shows all audio disabled as the background is highlighted in GREEN
- The configuration shows the cab/driver camera and all other cameras not installed disabled as the background is highlighted in GREEN
