Guide Purpose:

• This guide IS designed to:
  • Show where to find current firmware for Division/Sub-Division.
• This guide IS NOT designed to:
  • Show how to setup firmware for Division/Sub-Division.

Viewing Division Firmware Version and Upgrading

1. Click on Administration Tab.
2. Select the Operations button.
3. Select the ASDU button.
4. Scroll or Search for tenant name.
5. Select tenant from the list.
6. Select Division/Sub-Division
7. Review section for the firmware information.
8. Select the Firmware version the Division/Sub-Division needs to be upgraded to.
9. Click the save button.
   

Verifying Changes saved

1. Success pop-up message shows to inform you the Division/Sub-Division ASDU Upload was successful.
   

Validating All Profiles are Updated to The New Firmware Version

How to Pull Incompatible Profiles for The New Firmware Version

1. Click on the Tenant
2. Select the Division/Sub-Division
3. Click Check profile button
   

Review Incompatible Profiles

1. Select the profiles that need to be updated to the compatible profile
2. Click the open button to edit the vehicle profile
   

How to Change Incompatible Profiles

1. Click on the CCM Base profile Dropdown
2. Select the profile that best fit the original profile
   1. If you are not certain of how to select the right profile, please reach out to your supervisor for assistance.
      
3. Make sure the CCM Base Profile selected is compatible as it will be highlighted in GREEN and will say COMPATIBLE
   1. If the selected profile is incompatible, it will be highlighted in RED and will say IN-COMPATIBLE
4. Click save
   

All Profiles Updated to the New Firmware Version

Once all profiles have been updated to the new firmware version

1. Make sure there are no more profiles in the section highlighted in BLUE
2. Click the Enable button
   

Verify All Profiles are enabled for the Division/Sub-Division

1. Success pop-up message shows to inform you the Division/Sub-Division ASDU Update was successful
   

How to Enable Firmware Version for Division/Sub-Division

1. Select tenant from the list.
2. Select the Division/Sub-Division
3. Click the enable button
4. Success Pop-up message shows that the Division ASDU update is successful.
   

Final Validation of Division/Sub-Division ASDU is Updated

1. Select the Tenant from the list
2. Select the Division/Sub-Division
3. Double check to make sure the Configuration status now says “Enabled” as highlighted in the BLUE box and the icon shows disable
4. Click Save
