    • Explain how association works.

How to Find Association from the Fleet Tab

  1. Click on the fleet tab
  2. Search or select the tenant/Division
  3. Input the vehicle name
  4. Select vehicle
  5. Click the “Show button

How to View Association in the Fleet Tab

  1. Select the date and time you wish to review as highlighted in the ORANGE box
  2. Select the range (min/hr) of duration
  3. Click replay to pull the route
  4. View the trucks path as highlighted in the BLUE box
  5. Click on the can to view association
    1. The information highlighted in the PURPLE boxes shows association for the selected service event.

How to Find Association from the Service Event Tab

  1. Click on the Service Event tab
  2. Select Service Verification button
  3. Input the vehicle name
    1. Input any other information provided within the filter section
  4. Select the time frame of the event
  5. Click the apply button
  6. Select the result
    1. The information highlighted in the PURPLE boxes shows association for the selected service event

How to Find Association from Service Event

  1. Click on the Map Icon
    1. The information highlighted in the PURPLE boxes shows association for the selected service event

How to View Association from Service Event

  1. Enlarge the map to view association
    1. The information highlighted in the BLUE box shows association for the selected service event.

How to Find Association from the Collections Tab

  1. Click on Collections
  2. Search or Select the Tenant/Division
  3. Insert Roue name or ID
    1. If none of the information above is not available, use other filters highlighted in orange
  4. Click on the route

How to Open an Associated Event in Collections Tab

  1. Select the desired Status from the dropdown list
  2. Input the Stop ID if known
  3. Input the Stop Name if provided
  4. Select the event
    1. The information highlighted in the PURPLE boxes shows association for the selected service event
  5. Click Open Event

How to View Association in Collections Tab

  1. Click on the map icon
  2. Enlarge the map to view association
    1. The information highlighted in the BLUE box shows association for the selected service event.
