Firmware Request for Tenant

1. Insert the support teams’ email in an outlook new email
   1. ESG 3^rd Eye Cam – Support (support@3rdeyecam.com)
2. Insert the email address of any interested party (this is not required)
3. Add a subject line using this template
   1. Firmware Update for (Tenant name)
      1. For example: Firmware Update for Athens
4. Insert the body of the email as highlighted in the BLUE box
   1. Specify what the new firmware should be
   2. Please note that if this is a test profile, the requester is responsible to monitor the activities of the vehicle as this is not a production firmware
5. Send email
   

Firmware Request for Division

1. Insert the support teams’ email in an outlook new email

   1. Firmware Update for (Tenant/Division Name)
      1. For example: Firmware Update for Athens/Crown Facility
4. Insert the body of the email as highlighted in the BLUE box
   1. Specify the Division that needs the firmware update
   2. Specify what the new firmware should be
   3. Please note that if this is a test profile, the requester is responsible to monitor the activities of the vehicle as this is not a production firmware

Firmware Request for One or Multiple Vehicles

1. Insert the support teams’ email in an outlook new email

2. Insert the email address of any interested party (this is not required)
3. Add a subject line using this template
   1. Firmware Update for (Tenant/Division Name)
      1. For example: Firmware Update for Athens/Crown Facility
   2. If this update is for one vehicle, we would use the template (Tenant/Division/Vehicle name)
      1. For example: Firmware Update for Athens/Crown Facility/16303)
4. Insert the body of the email as highlighted in the BLUE box
   1. Specify the Division that needs the firmware update
   2. Specify what the new firmware should be
   3. Please note that if this is a test profile, the requester is responsible to monitor the activities of the vehicle as this is not a production firmware
5. Insert a table with the vehicle list using the template in the image below
