How to Fill Out a Profile Request Form
Please find the link to the profile request form here
- Insert the Tenants name in the “Customer Name” field
- Select from the dropdown the vehicle body type
- Select from the radio button option if the customer wants Magnif-Eye
- Select from the radio button option if the customer wants Verif-Eye
- Select from the dropdown the Verif-Eye hardware
- This will be dependent on the Verif-Eye hardware installed on the vehicle
- Select from the dropdown the Verif-Eye Calculation type
- Calculation type is either in Time or Distance
- Select from the radio button option if the customer wants Verif-Eye video
- Select from the radio button option if the customer wants Purif-Eye
- Insert any additional information in this field
How to Submit a Profile Request
Open a new email from Outlook
- Insert the support team’s email
- Create a subject title for the email
- For example: “Customer name” New profile Request
- Attach the Profile request form
- Create the email body
- Include the vehicles the profiles will go on, if not all vehicles with the specific body type
- Include any other pertinent information that was not included in the form
- Click send
- This will create a ticket in the support Zendesk
- This will create a ticket in the support Zendesk
