Note: If the profile is not compatible, there are 2 options we can follow.
- you can submit a Zendesk ticket to update the firmware of the profile.
- This is a rare situation because most Profiles are updated to the current Mass Release firmware update, except for Tenants that have updated their firmware to a newer version than the prior Mass Release.
- You can also select a profile that is more suitable for the Vehicle
- This becomes an option when the current profile the vehicle is on is no longer in use and we have created a better version of the profile to properly configure the vehicle to attain the customers needs. The next section will show this process better.
