- This section as highlighted in the BLUE box provides significant information about association of the details provided by our customer and how we associate them to the event we captured. Explained below are crucial information about how association is done
- Event ID: This is the identification number of the event that was created
- Stop ID: This is the Stop identification number that is used to identify a service that was done
- Name: This shows the end users/customer’s name
- Status: This shows the status of the service done. Below is the list of status of services done
- Completed: This means the system was able to match a service event GPS Lat/Lon with GPS point from the customer records within a schedule
- Extra Stop Completed: This means the system was able to match a service event GPS Lat/Lon with a GPS point from the customer records within the radius which the service was performed. The matched event is not part of the schedule
- Unknown Stop: this means the GPS location of the service completed could not be matched with any address within the customers records provided by the tenant
- Blocked: This means there was an obstruction, and the service could not be completed
- Route ID: This is the identification number attached to the route
- Stop Address: This shows the address attached to the Stop name

Commercial Association Explained
Commercial association focuses on matching events with customer records for our commercial line of business. Based on the vehicle types used for commercial purposes such as FEL and REL, the way association is done differs from that of residential. Commercial association does not consider parcel but the radius within the event has occurred. Within that radius, we look at what customer records provided by the tenants are available
For commercial association, we consider several scenarios to determine association.
Scenario 1
This is when a schedule is provided, and we can match the customer record (Yellow Diamond) to the event.
Scenario 2
This is when we have multiple customer records within the 25m radius. To better associate the event to the right customer record, we will consider the material type. Material type is the type of material the vehicle is set to pick up such as Material Solid waste (MSW), Recycle waste, Organic waste and so on. Material type is assigned to each schedule/route provided by the tenant. So, looking at which customer record within the radius matches the material type the vehicle is set to pick up determines which customer record we match with.
Scenario 3
This is when scenario 1 and 2 fails, we go with the closest customer record to the event within the radius.
Below is an explanation of event association Icons
- Orange Circle: This circle is the 25 meters radius we use to match an event to customer records
- Yellow Diamond: This indicates customer records we have within the mapped region of the event
- Green Trash Can: This indicates the physical location of the service event performed by the selected event we pulled from the route
- Orange Line: This indicates the direction in which the vehicle is moving
- Blue Line: This is a GPS breadcrumb trail of the vehicle before an event
