The production team in India sends an email with the list of new produced units. We review the information identified in the spreadsheet below. This information will be organized in a new template this is uploaded to our 3rd Eye portal for unit activation.

  1. This is the list of the Kit serial number
  2. This is the list of the Kit/unit number/name
  3. This is this list of the UDU MAC address
  4. This is the list of ICCID 1 (SIM 1) attached to the Kits
  5. This is the list of ICCID 2 (SIM 2) attached to the Kits

This new template is housed with the support team.

Explaining Other Important Columns on The Template

  1. Status: This column shows the status of each unit
    1. The value will always be 1 since we have only one value of each unit

    1. The value 0 means they are not enabled until they get installed in a vehicle

    1. Every new unit is set with the default profile
    2. The Base profile ID number for default profile is 465
