When our customers use our product, it generates a lot of data our customers need for their day-to-day activities and future references. To seamlessly transfer data between our system and the customer system, we need to integrate both systems. One of the ways we integrate our products data with our customers is through Application Programming Interface "API". API allows us to communicate and share data with our customers system. There are 2 major ways we integrate our system with our customers system.

Collection API: Collection API is how our customers are able to share their daily routes and stops with our system, while we associate our services with this information and send it back to the customer.

Vehicle API: Vehicle API is how our customers are able to share their vehicle details and driver information with our system.

By connecting to these API's, we allow our customers to get access to our information automatically which makes life easier for everyone. When it comes to our system APIs allows you to:

  • Grab service data
  • verify data by confirming our data matches what the customers expectation.
  • Upload customer data move and manage vehicle.
  • Edit vehicle information.
  • Grab engine hours.
  • Odometer and fuel usage for Certif-Eye.
  • Capture Maintenace code for Optim-Eyes.
