Quality Control (QC) is a system that has being created to ensure quality of a product as defined, is adhered to, maintained, and improved upon to meet a client's requirements and needs. After a customer sends in their requirements for our products to be installed on their trucks, we perform a Digital Quality Control to make sure that the installation team follows the plan as described. This is a very important step in maintaining a good relationship with our customers by making sure the products work as intended. By doing this we can deliver quality service, mitigate risk, increase revenue, generate new leads, and create long term partnerships. This guide provides documentation on how we can properly conduct a digital quality control on all the digital solutions we offer.
Certif-Eye Digital QC: This product is designed around taxation and vehicle utilization. Our customers use this product for filling International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and Excise Fuel Tax Recovery. It is very important to them that we capture the required information needed for taxation purposes. Our ability to make sure we QC this product the right way is of upmost importance so our customers can reap the benefits of our service. It uses the cameras installed in and around the vehicle in conjunction with other attributes to create a safer environment for our client's drivers and reduce any unnecessary litigation. For example, Magnif-Eye can provide more information in the case of an accident which could vindicate the driver if wrongly accused. Optim-Eyes Digital QC: This product is geared towards fleet maintenance. It captures data from J1939 and signals coming from the Heil body to identify maintenance needs. Our customers rely on this product to keep their fleet up to date on any maintenance issues for maximum productivity on the fleet. For example, if a customer knows that there is an issue with the brakes of a vehicle through our product, they can swiftly take actions and fix this issue before it becomes a major liability that could set the customer back. Purif-Eye Digital QC: This is a product offering geared towards identifying contaminated waste collected. Our customers sometimes get billed when they collect contaminated waste materials. This becomes a financial hassle that should not be our customers responsibility, but that of their clients. Our products offer them a chance to catch this ahead and take the appropriate action. Verif-Eye Digital QC: This product is used by our customers for mostly service verification and service exception. Customers can verify that a service was performed at a customer address or state why the service was not completed. Customers can track their driver's activity for the day which helps when their clients call back and need any information on why their service was not done or not done at the right time. Our customers can review this information and give a detailed explanation to their clients. The benefit of our products for our customers is to keep their drivers accountable and their customers satisfied.
