Purpose: Reviewing Events Identifying Overloads Completing Reviews

Purpose:

This guide IS designed to:

  • Explain which section of the portal you need to access to review for Overloaded Container - Residential.
  • How to filter for the proper Use Case.
  • Demonstrate how to identify overloads.

This guide IS NOT designed to:

  • Explain page configuration. For that see the training guide entitled "Setting Image Size”.
  • Give multiple examples of overloaded and not overloaded containers. Please see the example pages.

Reviewing Events

Identifying Overloaded Containers – Residential

  1. Click “Events to Review”
  2. Select “Service”
  3. Using the drop-down menu under Use Case, select “Overloaded Container – Residential”.

Identifying Overloads

For examples of Overloads and Not Overloads please see the examples page.

For details on how to change the number of images and their displayed size see training guide for “Setting Image Size”.

  1. Look for images where “Overloads” are clearly visible.
  2. Click on the image to bring up a green border.
    1. To unselect the image click it again and the border will disappear.
  3. Previously selected images will have red borders.
    1. To unselect the image click it to make the border green, then click it again and the border will disappear.
  4. Once you have completed reviewing the entire page click on Submit / Next.

Completing Reviews

  1. Once all available events are reviewed in the backlog the page will be blank as shown below.
