How to Get to Baler Profile
- Click on the customer baler
Explaining Baler Profile Front Page
- Click Info to get more detailed information about the Baler such as the status, Bales, Event History, Notifications, Hardware, and Bale Chart
- This section highlighted in the BLUE box shows information on the baler
- Provides information on the type of baler installed
- Provides information on the company
- This section highlighted in the ORANGE box shows the status on the connectivity of the baler
- This section highlighted in the GREEN box shows information on the baler counts
Explaining Baler Profile Status Page
- Click on the Status button to pull status information on the baler
- This is the default section when more information is clicked
- Equipment: This shows information of the baler as highlighted in the BLUE box
- Logistic: This shows the address of the company or where the baler is located as highlighted in the ORANGE box

Status: this shows the status of the baler as highlighted in the GREEN box
- Ready shows the baler is active and ready for use
- Plugged in means the baler is powered on
- Motor stopped shows the baler is currently not running any load
- Gate open shows the baler gate is open and ready for use

Material: this gives a dropdown list of what material type the baler will be used for as highlighted in the RED box

Working hours: The section shows the hours the baler has been working for since the baler has been manufactured in hours and minutes
- The section highlighted in the BLUE box shows the total number of hours the baler has been working since it has been manufactured
- The section highlighted in the ORANGE box shows the total number of hours the baler has been working since it was acquired
- This section can be reset when needed.

Daily hours: This section shows the hours the baler works daily in hours and minutes
- The section highlighted in the BLUE box shows the total number of daily hours the baler has been working
- The section highlighted in the ORANGE box shows the daily hours the baler has worked
- This section resets daily by midnight and can also be manually done by clicking the reset button

Total Bales: This section shows the total bales a baler has performed since it has been manufactured
- The section highlighted in the BLUE box shows the total number of bales the baler has performed since the baler has been manufactured
- The section highlighted in the ORANGE box shows the total number of bales the baler has performed based on the users’ settings
- This section can be rest and used per users’ discretion

Total Cycles: This section shows the total number of bale cycles completed by the baler
- The section highlighted in the BLUE sections shows the total number of bale cycles performed since the baler has been manufactured
- The section highlighted in the ORANGE section shows the current total bale cycles completed
- This section can be reset at the user’s discretion
- This section can be reset at the user’s discretion
- Bale Level: This shows the level of the material type in the bale
- This section shows a graphical representation of the bales made over specified period of time

This section shows details on a complete cycle of bales made and the weight of the bale that was made from the cycle
- Select the Bales button
- Start Creation Bale Datetime: This shows the start date and time of a bale process in motion
- End creation Bale Datetime: This shows the end date and tome of the completed bale process
- Bale Creation Time: This shows the time in minutes it took for a bale to be completed
- Material: This shows the material typed that was baled
- Weight: This shows the weight of the bale that was performed
- Use this Icon to filter out the bales report needed
- Click on the download button to download the Bales report
Explaining Baler Profile Event History Page
This page shows the balers event history and can be filtered to gets the reports needed
- Select the Event History button
- Choose the Event type from the drop-down list
- Select the Site of the asset you want to view from the drop-down list
- Select the dates of the events to review as highlighted in the BLUE box
- Click on the download button to get a copy of the Event history report
- From: This shows when the event started
- To: this shows when the event ended
- Position: This gives the location of the site/Asset

Event: This shows what type of event occurred during the time frame

This page allows user set configuration for notifications on the baler to be sent to added users via email or text
- Select the Notification button

User: This section shows the users email available to get notification
- Notification can be sent by email or text. Both options can be selected
- Low Oil: This sends notification when the baler is low on oil

Alarm: This sends notification when the alarm of the baler is triggered
- Offline: This sends notification when the baler is offline
- Online: This sends notification when the baler comes online
- Not Ok: This sends notification when there is something wrong with the baler
- Battery Low: This sends notification when the battery of the baler is low

Padlock: This sends notification when the baler gates are padlocked
Explaining Baler Profile Hardware Page
This page contains information on the asset and the hardware
- Select the Hardware button
- Review the asset information as highlighted in the BLUE box to make sure the information is correct.
- Click the edit button to make any changes
- Review the hardware information attached to this asset as highlighted in the ORANGE box
- Notes: Insert any notes that needs to be provided for the baler
- Battery metrics shows the strength of the balers battery as designated with the 3 levels
- The section highlighted in the BLUE box also shows the status of the battery if its Powered and Charging
- GPS Signal metric shows the GPS signal strength of the connected R4 hardware. This is designated with 4 levels
- GSM signal metric shows the GSM signal strength of connected R4 hardware. This is designated with 4 levels

- Input mapping shows the events activity of the asset

Explaining Baler Profile Bale Chart Page
This page shows the graphical representation of the bales been made within a given period of tome and also the Show the last 5 cycles the bale made
- Select the Bale chart button
- The box highlighted in BLUE shows the graph of the bales made over a period of time
- The box highlighted in ORANGE on the graph shows different arrays of periods to choose from
- The box highlighted in GREEN on the graph gives options viewing options on the graph and also an option to download the graph
- Cycle Start shows the time a cycle began
- Cycle finish shows the time a cycle ended
- Weight shows the weight of a bale that was made during that cycle
