This is selected if driver is observed using an electronic device (such as CB Radio, iPad, laptop, tablet, GPS device, etc.) while the vehicle is in motion but did not result in a form of distraction. Example includes looking at a GPS device or using his radio to communicate with dispatch.

Example 1

• The driver can be observed holding the CB Radio in his hand in the red circle but he is not using it.
• The blue box on the right shows the video event has been scored as Electronic Device Observed.
