Driver is visibly asleep and unable to operate the motor vehicle.

• In the red circle you can see that the driver's eyes are closed.
• The time in the blue box on the bottom left is 2:34:24PM.
• There is also a camera issue as shown in the purple box at the top.
  1. Only 4 out of 5 cameras are working.
     
• You can see the driver’s eyes are still closed by looking inside the red circle.
• The time in the green box on the bottom left is now 2:24:27PM.
  1. The drivers' eyes have been closed for 3 seconds; he has fallen asleep.
• The truck is traveling at 36mph as seen in light blue box on the bottom, left.
  1. Being that the driver is asleep and the truck is still moving this creates an extremely unsafe situation.
• Only 4 out of 5 cameras are working as seen in the purple box at the top.
• The video event is scored in the orange box as having a Camera Issue.
• And the event is also scored with a Driver Behavior of Falling Asleep as seen in the blue box on the right.
