The driver is observed eating or drinking without impacting attention to road conditions.

Example 1 

• The driver is eating a sandwich but is keeping at least one hand on the steering wheel. He is holding the sandwich in his other hand as seen in the red circle.
  1. If the driver can keep at least one hand on the steering and is able to focus on the road ahead it is considered an observation.
• The video event is then scored as Food/Drink Observed as seen in the blue box on the right.
