  • Explain how what information is contained in the system logs

How to Get to System Logs

1. Go to Administration Tab
2. Select Operations Menu
3. Go to Live status Menu
4. Input Company/Division name in filter
5. Input the Vehicle Number in the vehicle Name section
6. Select the vehicle
7. Click on System Logs
   

How to Pull System Logs

It is important to note that for System Logs to be pulled, the vehicle needs to be turned on.

1. Click on the Request Unit Logs
2. Uploaded system logs
   1. This could take from 5mins to 30mins to generate
