Mounting Locations - Under Curb Seat

Purpose: Provide gateway mounting instructions when installing under the curb side seat.
Details: The 3rd Eye gateway and backup battery box must be mounted to prevent damage to the gateway or the cabling as a result of gateway movement. Under the curb side seat is the PRIMARY option when mounting the gateway in a LH drive cab over chassis with a stationary seat on the curb side. The seat must be removed for this installation. Care must be taken routing the cables to prevent damage to the cabling when reinstalling the seat. Figure 1.1 shows how a gateway should mount directly to the floor after the stationary seat was removed. Figure 1.2 shows the gateway and backup battery under the seat after it was reinstalled.
