Guide Purpose:

• This guide IS designed to:
  • Show how to view Overloaded container for Commercial REL.
    • Help explain use cases from the customer perspective.
  • Show how to identify overloaded from Not-Overloaded Container.
• This guide IS NOT designed to:
  • Explain what happens when images are submitted.

How to Tell Residencial from Commercial

• The vehicles in this use case run Residential and Commercial, only review for Commercial Containers.
• Residential containers are 96-gallon cans on wheels, see examples below.

• Do NOT review residential images even if the can is overloaded.

How to Locate Use Case - Overloaded Container-Commercial REL

1. Click on the Events to Review
2. Select the Service
3. Select overloaded container – commercial REL from the Use Case dropdown menu.
   

How to Change Page Configuration

1. Click on Page Config (Configuration)
   
2. Adjust image size.
   1. For example, I chose 266 x 200.
   2. Adjust for your own comfort. 
3. Rows should be 10.
4. Colums should be 5. 
5. Save 
   

Selecting Overloaded Container - Commercial REL

• Once you locate an image of an overloaded container select that image by clicking on it.
• Once an image is selected, a green box will show around the image to identify the selected picture.
  
• If Multiple images are selected, the current selected image will show a green box around it and the prior selected picture(s) will show a red box around it.
  
• If you have selected an image by mistake, click on it until the green or red box disappears.

How to Submit Reviewed Pages

1. Review Screen for overloaded container.
2. Once you have reviewed the entire page and selected all overloads click on Submit/Next at the top of the page.
