Driver is awarded for practicing safe driving procedures that may have prevented a potential incident during a risky situation. Additionally, driver may demonstrate courteous driving behavior towards other vehicles while on the road.

Example 1 

• In the red circle you can see the driver signaling to the pedestrian that he will stop and allow them to safely cross at the crosswalk.
• In blue boxes you can see that the driver is slowing down to stop to allow the pedestrian to cross the street.
  
• The pedestrian is crossing the street after the driver has signaled that he is stopping.
• The event has been scored as Positive Recognition as seen in the blue box on the right.
