Purif-Eye Bureau is our department that is set to review our Purif-Eye events captured for our customers. Our customers get this product to help with identifying contamination in the hooper of the vehicle after trash has been collected. Purif-Eye uses the specialized contamination camera bracket in conjunction with a light to illuminate contents of the hopper. These events are captured and stored in our 3rd Eye portal for review by our service team. For example, Debby is a very meticulous person who is particular about the environment. She has both the regular trash can and a recycling can. On this faithful morning, Debbie was rushing out after her breakfast and accidentally dumped her leftover into the recycling bin. Not realizing it, she left for the day and her recycling got picked up. The trash company got to the recycling landfill to dump their trash and they observed the batch is contaminated and need to pay more to dump in the landfill. From this example we can deduce that the recycle material has become contaminated and cannot be recycled again. Also, the hauler has to be pay more to dump at the landfill which becomes a finical burden over time.

Our customers, hauler, purchase this product to help identify if contaminated waste enters the hopper that needs to be either billed or communicated back to the end user, homeowner. Our job at 3rd Eye is to provide this information back to the hauler to help reduce and eliminate contaminated waste collection and properly advise their end users on what is considered acceptable waste. Therefore, we have created guidelines around our reviewers to make sure we provide the best service possible for our customer.

With this in mind, it is very important that we provide all the tools necessary for our reviewers to perform their duties as expected. Our customers depend on our product to capture services and review for contaminations. This helps avoid any hazardous material being compressed by the hopper or anything that shouldn't be collected. This is what keeps our customers in business and their employees employed.
