Sales-Pak is a platform developed to assist the sales team in keeping detailed information on prospective clients, generate estimates, and proceed on all documentation to close a sale. This helps the team become more efficient and organized by having all the potential client's information in one spot. Since this is a cloud-based application, it makes it easy to access from both workstations or on the go with a tablet.
Scale-Pak is a software developed for scale sites. All landfills have a scale or weighbridge which is used to weigh waste collection vehicles. This software helps with the management of the landfill operations from storing customers information to billing and payment. The information gotten from the Scale-Pak is automatically shared with other Soft-Pak products.
Web-Pak is a software developed for web payment. Customers use this software to allow payment on their website. Their clients will receive instant notification of payment and invoice. It's also a cloud-based application which is secured to protect customers Personal Identifying Information (PII).
Mobile-Pak is a software developed to upload routes and manage route list and stops activity in real time. This information is easily transmitted to Soft-Pak portal. This information is also visible to customer service and dispatch team in real time to help know the current location of operators, their productivity, billing, and immediate follow-up if needed.
Map-Pak is a software developed to view routes and stops on Google Maps platform. This information is displayed in Soft-Pak operations center. Operators are able to manage routes and resolve any conflicts to improve efficiency. Map-Pak is also used to verify if services have been performed by checking stops to make sure it matches account information. All this is done in real time.
