Setting up Soft-Pak Integration

Request to Set-Up Integration
- We will receive an email to Support@3rdeyecam.comfrom Soft-Pak email domain requesting New 3rd Eye Integration.
- For 3rdEye to Proceed we will require the following details:
- Review Callback URL
- Customer Name
- Company List

3rd Eye Steps for Integration Set-Up
Companies Set-Up
- Go to “Administration”
- Select “Configuration”
- Select “Companies”
- Find the correct Tenant based on the original request

Important: Check if there is an existing Collection API Key
- If there isn’t a key, MEANING IF THE COLLECTION API KEY is empty, click “Generate New Key”
- Copy the “Collection API Key” and save it for later.
Organization Set-Up
- Go to “Organization”
- Find the correct tenant
- Select the top-level division
- Enable “Collection API”
- Check and make sure the Max Collection Distance (Residential) and Max Collection Distance (Non-Residential) are set to 25
- Important: Only check this value at first set-up of the account. If the value is set to a different value after set-up that may be expected.
- Click “New”

Adding Soft-Pak Parent Division
- Type the name exact as Soft-Pak
- Fill in the Time Zone to match from the previous screen
- Fill in the Street to match from the previous screen
- Fill in the City to match from the previous screen
- Fill in the State to match from the previous screen
- Fill in the Zip to match from the previous screen
- Click “Create”
Adding Each Company
- If previous steps are done correctly you should see a division as shown below, select the Soft-Pak division
- Click “New”
- Type in the Name as matching the original email
- Make sure all the location information matches the parent, as previously done
- Click “Create”
- Rinse and repeat until all companies are added matching the original request as shown below:
If the Customer has Service Bureau Make Sure it's Enabled and Use Cases are Configured

- Refer to System Administration - How to enable Service Bureau for configuring Service Bureau
Closing the Ticket
- When all things are completed respond to the ticket with the following details:

Collection API Key:
- Get the key from the step shown on page 4 and copy it into the ticket

Tenant Name:
- Get the exact tenant name, as shown in the page 5 as Name and copy it into the ticket

Collection API Key:
- Close the ticket with the updated reply above
- NOTE: All steps must be completed prior to closing the ticket.
