Verif-Eye Bureau is our department that is set to review our Verif-Eye events captured for our customers. Our customers get this product for mostly service verification and service exception. Our review team looks at service verifications and exceptions to identify anomalies per customers' requirements. For example: Ms. Smith had her birthday party at her residence. Once the guests left, she cleaned up her house and gathered a ton of trash more than what her typical trash container will take. With this, she had to pile her trash on top of the container thereby overloading the container. The next day the garbage company comes to pick up the trash with our 3rd Eye system installed on the truck. Our system then captures the trash being collected as an event. These events are stored in our 3rd Eye portal for review by our service team. Our team then goes to "Events to Review tab" to review and go through events captured based on the criteria our customers want us to identify, such as an overloaded container. 

Our customers, haulers, purchase this product to understand the service being performed, identify opportunities and reduce financial loss. Our job at 3rd Eye is to provide this information back to the customer to help improve relationship with customers by resolving any conflict with facts. This is why we have created guidelines around our reviewers to make sure we provide the best service possible for our customers.

With this in mind, it is very important that we provide all the tools necessary for our reviewers to perform their duties as expected. Our customers depend on our product to capture services, review for anomalies such as bulk and overloads. Understanding these anomalies allows our customers, haulers, to take appropriate action when needed. This is what keeps our customers in business and their employees employed.

  1. Click “Events to Review”
  2. Select “Service”
