Guide Purpose: How to Get to Replay Collections To Replay Entire Tenant To Replay Entire Division and Subdivisions To Replay One Vehicle or Multiple Vehicles How to Request Replay Collections Setting the Correct Time/Date and Vehicle Selection Request for Stops and Reviews

Guide Purpose:

  • This guide IS designed to:
    • Show how to get to Replay Collections.
    • Show how to request Replay Collection.
  • This guide IS NOT designed to:
    • Show the report sent to the customer.

How to Get to Replay Collections

  1. Click on Administration tab.
  2. Select the configuration button.
  3. Select the vehicles button.

To Replay Entire Tenant

  1. Search and select the Tenants name.
    1. Selecting the right customer is important as we reassociate events to match the tenant accurately.
  2. Selecting the right division allows us to select the entire tenant for replay
  3. Select a vehicle.
    1. We need to select any vehicle from the top division in other to replay the entire tenant.
  4. Click on the Replay Collection.

To Replay Entire Division and Subdivisions

  1. Search and select the Tenants name.
    1. Selecting the right customer is important as we reassociate events to match the tenant accurately.
  2. Selecting the right subdivision allows us to select he entire division/subdivision for replay
  3. Select a vehicle.
    1. We need to select all vehicle from the requested division or subdivision for replay.
  4. Click on the Replay Collection.

To Replay One Vehicle or Multiple Vehicles 

  1. Search and select the Tenants name.
    1. Selecting the right customer is important as we reassociate events to match the tenant accurately.
  2. Selecting the right subdivision allows us to select he entire division/subdivision for replay
  3. Select a vehicle.
    1. We need to select the requested vehicle or multiple vehicles from the division/subdivision they are assigned to for replay.
  4. Click on the Replay collection.

How to Request Replay Collections

Setting the Correct Time/Date and Vehicle Selection 

  1. Input the start date.
    1. This date will be provided by the customer.
  2. Input the end date.
    1. This date will be provided by the customer.
  3. Check the Apply to all Vehicles at or below.
    1. This should be selected if Customer wants all vehicles in the tenant to be replayed.
    2. This should not be selected if customer only request few vehicles from the tenants.
  4. Click the submit button.
    1. This should be done if customer does not request for stops and reviews to be included in the replay.

Request for Stops and Reviews

  1. Check the Replay Stops box if the customer request for the stops or review to be resent.
  2. Select from the Stop Resend drop down list.
    1. Skip
      1. This means the customer will not like the Stops status to be sent during the replay.
      2. If a customer does not have the collections API, we cannot select this option since they don’t receive the Stop status.
    2. Execute Failed
      1. This means the customer will only want to receive the Stop status that failed to send prior to the replay.
    3. Execute Each
      1. This means the customer would like to receive every stop status again.
  3. Select from the Review Resend drop down list.
    1. Skip
      1. This means the customer will not like the Reviews to be resent during the replay.
    2. Execute Failed
      1. This means the customer will only want the Reviews that failed to be sent during the replay.
    3. Execute Each
      1. This means the customer would want to receive every Review again.
  4. Click the submit button.
