How to View Details Page for Magnif-Eye Digital QC

  • The green box in the image blow shows the vehicle health information signals. This is a crucial section during Magnif-Eye Digital QC.
    • Connectivity: Shows if the device is communicating with the cloud.
      • When the signal is Green, it shows Information is transmitted from the 3Rd-Eye devices installed on the vehicle for Magnif-Eye to our Portal.
      • When the signal is red, that means the devices are not connecting to our portal and events will not be generated.
    • GPS: Shows if the vehicle can tell its current location.
      • When the signal is Green, we can tell the location of the vehicle.
      • When the signal is red, we are not able to tell where the vehicle has been. This makes it difficult for our customers to request a video if an incident occurs because we can’t tell the location of the vehicle for that period.
    • SD Cards: Are the recording storage devices inside our gateway units that are installed in the vehicle
      • When the signal is green. it means we can store events footage in the storage devices available.
      • When the signal is red, it means we are not able to store any of the events into our storage devices. When the customer request for a Magnif-Eye event, we will not be able to provide one as the SD card was not working at the time the customer requested for.
    • Cameras: Are devices we install on our vehicles to capture images and videos internally or externally.
      • When the signal is green, we can record footage and capture images for Magnif-Eye.
      • When the signal is red, there is no footage to be recorded or image to be captured. This means the device is not generating any event.
  • The orange box highlights our profile system that enables the devices on the vehicle generate events per our configuration of the selected profile.
    • CCM Base profile: Depending on the vehicle and body type, 3rd Eye Software works with a profile fit for the business need. Once the business need is determined, we select a profile that allows the vehicle to accomplish the need. We also need to make sure the profile is a Magnif-Eye enabled profile.
    • CCM Camera Profile: This fields identifies the amount of camera attached to a unit and how they work. This information here should align with the amount of camera devices installed in the vehicle for Magnif-Eye to work properly.
  • The blue box gives us the labels on the cameras installed in the vehicle. With this section we can identify the Magnif-Eye cameras and make sure they are properly labeled. Please refer to our 3rd Eye training packet on Camera details on how to identify cameras and verify if they are properly labelled.
  • The purple box shows the amount of camera said to be installed. This information must be aligned with the Camera profile and the vehicle health camera signal.

How to Digital QC Magnif-Eye Events

  • Once the event pops up, the first thing we want to observe is the image sections that appears on the events page (as seen in the blue box in the image below) matches with the number of cameras installed on the vehicle.
  • The orange box here shows how we can navigate through each camera and view the content. With the video recordings in this section, we can make sure the labels on the camera and the video content of the event matches.
