Driver has blocked the camera lens limiting the effectiveness of the camera to identify any infractions.
Example 1
- Inside the red circle you can see the driver has clipped an object to the visor to obstruct the camera's view of their face.
- The green box at the top shows that there are only 5/6 cameras in operation.
- This customer does not review for Camera Issues (it is not listed under Other Observations as demonstrated by the purple box) so you move on.
- This video event is then scored as Obstruction as seen in the blue box on the bottom right.
Example 2
- You can see in the red circle that something has been placed over the lens of the camera in order to block the view of the driver.
- A video is only scored as having an Obstruction if cameras 1 (driver) and 2 (front) are blocked.
- At the bottom, in the green box you see that C1 is the camera that should show the driver.
- The video event is then scored as Obstruction as seen in the blue box on the bottom, right.
