Details: The SD cards are located inside the gateway behind the antenna mounting plate (figure 1.1).
Issue: SD Card (1 or 2) is reported as not connected - “WARN[1]”, “WARN[2], or “FAIL[1-2]”.
Diagnose:
Step 1:
Remove the two T-20 security Torx screws from the antenna plate (figure 1.1)
Step 2:
Carefully pull away the antenna plate and gently push on the affected SD card to remove it (figure 2.1). Inspect the card for damage or contamination. If clean push the card back in to reseat the card. Perform a hard reboot and check the status of the SD card on the microsite (figure 2.2)
Step 3:
If the SD card shows as down on the microsite after reseating the SD card then replace the SD card with a new one with Part # 3EC-32GBSD-MICRO and perform a hard reboot (Refer to the Gateway Hard Reboot Procedure Document). If the issue(s) still exist, please contact 3rd Eye for additional support.
