- Fix Optim-Eyes if it’s broken
How to Identify if a Vehicle has Optim-Eyes
- Go to the Administration tab
- Select the configuration menu
- Select the Companies menu
- Select the tenant’s name by scrolling through the dropdown
- Verify that the Optim-Eyes box is checked
- If this is not checked and it supposed to be, please contact your manager.
- When this is checked, it may take up to one hour for Optim-Eyes to reflect on the customer portal
Identify J1939 is Working for Optim-Eyes.
- Go to vehicle Health tab
- Select the tenant’s name by searching or scrolling through the dropdown
- Review the status of J1939 (J1939 is required for Optim-Eyes to work)
- When its green, J1939 is available and working
- When its red, it means J1939 is not working/failing.
- This means it will fail Optimize digital QC.
- When its gray, it means J1939 is not available.
- Consult your install forms to see if the truck should have J1939.

How to View Optim-Eyes Dashboard
- Go to Vehicle Health on customer’s account
- If you do not know how to switch to a customer ‘s account, Reference our guide on how to switch Tenants.
- Select Optim-Eyes menu
- This is a third-party solution created by Optimum Fleet health. There are 2 types of Optim-Eyes
- Optim-Eyes Chassis: This is automatically enabled when the Optim-Eyes button is checked as discussed above.
- Optim-Eyes Body: To enable this feature, you will need to check the Optim-Eyes box from the administration tab and reach out to the data-lakes team through email (datalakedev@doveresg.com). In this email you will need to tell data lake team the customer and to enable Optim-Eyes body on the back end.

How to View Optim-Eyes Map
- Select Map button
- Click on the zoom button to Zoom in to customer location on the app
- Green vehicle means no problems
- Yellow vehicle means potential problems
- Orange vehicle means there is a problem that needs attention
- Red vehicle means there is a critical problem
- Highlighted vehicles show they have Optim-Eyes enabled
- Search vehicle dropdown to see specific vehicle has Optim-Eyes
- If vehicle is recently added, it might take up to an hour to reflect in the dropdown after its being added

- Search vehicle dropdown to see specific vehicle has Optim-Eyes
